Coming together in a time of uncertainty

Dear valued customers, partners and industry peers,

As we navigate this unprecedented global health crisis, the Mobeewave team is coming together to ensure we uphold our commitment to focusing on the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, partners and community.

We would like to share our deepest gratitude to the tireless work that first-responders and health workers are doing around the world to care for patients during this pandemic.

We would also like to extend our support to the businesses that are impacted by the measures in place, particularly small businesses who will be some of the hardest hit by this crisis. As such, we are actively working with our partners to look at ways to reduce the cost and impact of our payment services on the micro and small businesses that are using our contactless payment services. We will provide an update on these measures as soon as possible.

In terms of business resilience, we have launched a pandemic response programme as part of our global Business Continuity Plan to prioritize the health and safety of our employees. This includes mandatory work from home for all Mobeewave employees and consultants globally and stopping all business travel, and will have little to no impact on our customers or partners and their business.
